Please be reminded that it is very important to call ahead, reservations are recommended for accommodations and vehicle rentals. Campgrounds are busy year round, a phone call before you leave home is always a good idea.
Improvements have been made to Highway 63 and plans are underway for further upgrading. Highway 881 from Lac La Biche to Fort McMurray is completely paved and a safe and beautiful alternate access to our community for all types of traffic. The highways are busy and people are reminded to drive with due care and dilegence as you would on any other highway in Canada. Don't be deterred from travelling.
